Go Skii offers several different shipping methods to meet your delivery needs.

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time 

Processing Time: 1-5 business days

A:FREE Standard Shipping: usually arrives in 8-12 business days

B: Expedited Shipping: usually arrives in 3 – 5 businessdays  (If you have such a need, feel free to contact us anytime)

Not including customs delays, weekends, holidays and any unforeseen circumstances.

'Business days' are considered Monday through Friday, excluding holidays or scheduled service interruptions. For any other regional restrictions and public holidays that might delay the receipt of your shipment, please consult with your local postal service.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).The tracking number will be active within24 hours.

We do not issue refunds once the order is in the process of creation or shipped. However, if you contact us within 24 hours after making the order, we can cancel your order and refund your money. But any cancellation request after 24 hours will be charged 30% restocking fee based on the order.Requests for change of address must be made directly with Go Skii via our Customer Care contact service prior to your order being shipped

Custom fees may encountered during international import are not our responsibility.  All Taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address
